How 1:1 Video Sessions Work

  • Sessions are conducted via distance healing and take place over Zoom, Microsoft Teams, FaceTime, WhatsApp, or phone call.

  • Video sessions are preferred, but audio-only is also available — Just let me know which you prefer.

  • During the session, I will periodically close my eyes to enter a meditative Theta brainwave state to visualize healing and belief shifts.

I primarily use self-muscle testing to assess the yes/no resonance of beliefs or energies in your energetic field. This technique has been used for decades by various practitioners and is known as behavioral kinesiology—a method written about extensively Dr. John Diamond and Dr. David Hawkins.

How to Prepare for a Session

  • I recommend coming to the session with one or two (or more) things in mind that you would like to discuss.

  • You can make a list of things or a mental list that could be anywhere from 1 to 5 things, ranging from emotional and spiritual challenges to physical, familial, or social issues.

  • During the session, we can also dig deeper into core beliefs, which allows each session to unfold in a beautiful and unique way!

  • It’s recommended to be well-hydrated, preferably with electrolytes or water with a pinch of salt.

During Your Remote Energy Session

  • In each session, I tune in energetically to your field (or you and your pet’s field) to scan and work across energetic layers—physical, emotional, spiritual, and ancestral.

  • I support the release of limiting beliefs, energetic congestion, or unresolved emotional patterns related to your intention.

  • This process also invites in higher vibrational frequencies for healing, integration, and transformation.

  • Through this energy healing, it often reveals unexpected layers or insights beyond the original focus.

  • The work is guided by intuitive ThetaHealing® to connect to your Soul’s knowing, and is aligned to support your highest good.

  • I often will integrate the Bengston Energy Healing method into the background of the energy session.

  • A deeper energetic immersion across five consecutive days (Monday–Friday).

  • Best for long-standing patterns, emotional themes, or layered concerns you’re ready to shift. Each day builds upon the last, creating space for unfolding, integration, and transformation guided by your Soul and higher self.

Distance sessions work across space and time without a live call, offering the same depth and benefit as a live video ThetaHealing® or metaphysical session. They’re ideal for you or your pet if you’re seeking energetic support for something current, emotional, or unresolved.

Whether you’re moving through a sudden shift, addressing a long-standing pattern, or holding a healing intention with care, you can choose between a single session or a five-day remote healing journey—meeting you exactly where you are.

What Is a Distance Energy Healing Session?

A distance energy healing session is facilitated without an in-person or phone/video appointment, and you don’t need to be present during the process. Each session is conducted with focused intention and dedicated specifically to you.

If you’d like, the healing energies can be sent at a specific time during the day. You may notice subtle positive shifts, and you can be resting, meditating, or going about your day while the session takes place.

You or you and your pet (one pet per session) can receive this support from anywhere in the world.

How It Works

Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive an email with preparation details. If it doesn’t arrive in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder.

When you’re ready, please email me with:

  • The name of the recipient (you or you & your pet)

  • One focus area for a single session, or one to two focus areas for a 5-day session, with any relevant background

  • Your intention for the healing session

  • (Optional) A photo — not required, but welcome

Please Note:

  • Remote sessions are conducted Monday–Friday only

  • Single sessions are completed within 24–48 hours of booking

  • If you purchase a 5-day package toward the end of the week, sessions may begin the following Monday

  • These sessions are silent and intuitive — no phone call necessary

  • You’ll receive an email summary after each session

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your session.

1:1 Live Video Remote Healing Session

  • Cancellations or changes made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Distance Energy Healing Session (No Call)

  • Because these sessions are completed privately with dedicated time and intention, they are non-refundable once purchased.
