A home clearing releases that stagnant or outdated energy from a home or property, restoring a calmer, more coherent atmosphere. Sessions may include room-by-room clearing, energetic boundary work, sound/frequency clearing, and guidance for maintaining the space afterward.

Remote sessions can be completed from photos, floor plans, or a video walkthrough.
Interior + Property clearings include exterior areas such as the driveway, yard, garage, exterior approach, outbuildings, or property boundary.
All sessions are prepaid at the time of booking.

Best for buyers, sellers, listings, apartments, condos, and homes that need interior clearing without an in-person visit.
A hands-on, room-by-room clearing for local homes, offices, treatment rooms, or personal spaces.
Best when the surrounding property also feels off, including the driveway, yard, or property boundary.
In-Person / Interior + Property
A deeper in-person clearing for both the home and property. Best for long-held family homes or spaces with complex history.
How to prepare
The home does not need to be perfect, empty, or staged. A clearing can be completed for a lived-in home, new home, listing, office, treatment room, or property in transition.
For remote clearings, please send clear photos, listing images, floor plans, or a brief video walkthrough. Include the main rooms, entryways, hallways, garage, exterior approach, yard, driveway, and any areas that feel especially relevant. Closets, storage rooms, basements, attics, or utility areas only need to be included if they feel connected to the reason for the clearing.
For in-person clearings, the home may be occupied and furnished. You may be present or give me space to work. Pets can usually remain if they are calm and safely contained. Light tidying can be supportive, but the home does not need to be spotless.
Cancellation Policy
Changes made at least 24 hours in advance are refunded or rescheduled; less than 12 hours' notice is non-refundable but can be moved to a different date.
